Exhaust Treatment
Our exhaust gas treatment system is built up on state-of-the-art technology.
The exhaust gases from the cupola pass through the following processing steps:
1. Cyclonic separator
2. Cooling down to 180 ℃
3. Filtration with bag filter
4. Combustion of residual gases up to 780 ℃
5. Heat exchanger for high and low temperature
6. Desulfurization
7. Release into the atmosphere
Apart from that, we have filtering rooms as well as an electrostatic discharge filter on the production line, which are also used before the final release of the production gases in the atmosphere.
Our machines fully meet the highest global environmental requirements.
