Cutting
The cutting section is composed of 3 main machines, arranged in the following order: longitudinal cutting and edge trimming machine, strips cutting machine, cross cutting machine.
Longitudinal cutting and edge trimming machine:
• The two flexible side knives can be moved left and right to change the width of the boards. Maximum width: 1200 mm.
• The central knife is fixed, it can be raised up if a central cut is not needed.
• When the two side edges are cut off, the material is finely ground and returned through the pipeline into the drum, where it is reintroduced into the production process.
• The machine has two sets of knives: one main and one for back-up mounted on the machine for quicker change in case of breakdown or wear.
Strips cutting machine:
• Depending on the width of your strips (50, 75 mm or other), an axle is mounted on the machine with fixed blades arranged along the axle. All knives rotate at the same time.
• The machine has two sets of knives: one main and one for back-up mounted on the machine for quicker change in case of breakdown or wear.
Cross Cutting Machine:
• Two knives are mounted on the machine: one for normal and another for dustless cutting.
• The servo motors of the two knives guarantee a cut accuracy of up to ± 3 mm.
• The machine has two knives: one main and one for back-up. At a higher production line speed (> 12 m / min), both knives should be used for simultaneous cutting.
Waste dust from the entire cutting section is fed to the gas filtration compartments.
